It was a momentous and emotional day here at The Welcome Organisation as we said farewell to our Operations Manager, Colleen Hamilton.
Having given us eight years of dedicated service, Colleen is taking a well earned break.
Colleen's unshakable commitment to helping people affected by homelessness is inspirational and she has always ensured that people affected by homelessness are treated with dignity, respect and kindness.
Colleen will be greatly missed here at The Welcome but we know that her influence will endure through the countless staff she has mentored and inspired down the years, many of whom are still working within the homeless sector.
