Part Time Drop in Support Worker

We are seeking energetic individuals with a can-do attitude. Previous experience, whilst desirable, is not necessary as in-house training will be provided. Days of Work - Saturday and Sunday 8am to 6pm (20 hours per week)

Holidays - 20 days per annum excluding public holidays pro rata

Rate -  £21,450 per annum (pro rata based on a 37.5 hour week)

Assertive Outreach Worker

You will have a basic understanding of Homelessness, be empathetic, self-motivated and compassionate.

You must have a full driving licence for 2yrs.

You must be able to work to the Welcome’s ethos of acceptance and delivering services unconditionally.

Catherine House Support Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to break the cycle of homelessness which some females experience. Support Workers will support the service manager and coordinator to ensure the provision of high standards within Catherine House our new innovative 10-unit therapeutic housing scheme for women.

The women staying at the scheme will have a variety of complex and multiple needs resulting in significant histories of trauma, repetitive periods of homelessness and will have struggled to engage with other support services. Catherine House aims to help women out of homelessness using a therapeutic support model, designed to enable women to gain the skills and confidence needed to take the next steps to living independently.

Annsgate Emergency Accommodation

We are looking for people who are committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated to join our team. Drop In Support Worker

Job Type: Zero hours contract

 

Rate of Pay  £10.00-£11.50 per hour

Outreach Support Worker Part Time

You must be able to work to the Welcome’s ethos of acceptance and delivering services unconditionally.

Main Duties and Tasks

To reduce rough sleeping in Belfast by meaningful engagement with new and entrenched Rough Sleepers many of whom have complex and multiple needs.  The Assertive Outreach Worker will work as part of a team on shift basis enabling Rough Sleepers to access, appropriate accommodation and support services which will help them to move on from the street.

Rate - £9,724.00.

 

Days of Work - Part Time – Saturday and Sunday 17 hours per week

Outreach operate 4 different shift patterns that cover the hours 7am - 3am. Candidates must be prepared to work these shifts.

 

Holidays - 20 days per year plus Public Holidays (Pro Rata)
