Job Title: Central Support Officer
Location: Townsend Enterprise Park, 28 Townsend Street, Belfast, BT13 2ES
Salary: £24,496 – £26,357
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Holidays: 22 days per annum plus public holidays

About the Role
The Central Support Team underpins all of our services, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. As Central Support Officer, you’ll take responsibility for managing supplies and suppliers, coordinating repairs, supporting health & safety processes, handling telephone enquiries, and welcoming visitors to our Townsend Street premises. This is a varied and essential role supporting teams working with people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

About You
You’ll have a strong administrative background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay organised while managing multiple tasks. Flexibility and good time management are key, as priorities can change quickly. Full details are available in the job description.
