CASE WORKER - Supported Accommodation Service for Women
Job Title: Case Worker
Location: Supported Accommodation for Women
Salary: From £25,545
Hours: 37.5 per week (mainly Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm, with occasional evening/weekend work)
Holidays: 20 days plus public holidays
About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Case Worker to support up to 10 women with complex needs, including homelessness, trauma, mental health challenges and addiction. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside Life Skills and Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners, helping women build confidence and move towards independent living.
About You
You’ll have at least one year’s experience (paid or voluntary) supporting marginalised or disadvantaged people in a psychologically informed environment. Empathy, resilience and teamwork are essential.

LIFE SKILLS WORKER - Supported Accommodation Service for Women
Job Title: Life Skills Worker
Location: Supported Accommodation for Women
Salary: From £25,545
Hours: 3 x 12.5-hour shifts (days 8am–8.30pm / nights 8pm–8.30am) on a 3 days on / 4 days off rota
Holidays: 20 days plus public holidays (pro rata)
About the Role
We’re recruiting up to eight Life Skills Workers to support vulnerable women facing complex challenges such as homelessness, trauma, and mental health or addiction issues. Working alongside Case Workers and Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners, you’ll help women build confidence, develop independence and make lasting positive changes in their lives.
About You
You’ll have at least one year’s experience (paid, voluntary or personal) supporting someone with complex needs. Compassion, patience and the ability to empower others are key to this role.

BANK SUPPORT WORKER
Job Title: Bank Support Worker
Salary: £13.12 per hour (non-residential) / £13.56 per hour (residential) + 12.07% holiday pay (paid quarterly)
Hours: Flexible, depending on service needs.
About the Role
We’re looking for passionate and reliable people to join our Bank Support Worker team, helping make a real difference to the lives of people affected by homelessness. You’ll work across a range of services, including Street Outreach, Support Hub, Women’s Services, Catherine House, Floating Support and our Severe Weather Emergency Shelter.
About You
You share our ethos of acceptance and inclusion, and ideally have some experience supporting people with complex needs. Full training and support are provided, and you’ll work alongside experienced staff who will help you learn and grow in the role.
